SP Ameri-Sorb I Portable Fume Absorbtion System. Intended for use in histology/cytology labs to capture xylene and toluene fumes and recirculate filtered air. Not intended for use as general purpose labratory hood. Adsorbs noxious fumes such as xylene, toluene, alcohol, and formalin. Contaminated air is trapped by an activated carbon filter. No venting or ducting is necessary. May be used in a horizontal mode with blower mounted on work surface or in a vertical position with blower mounted on top. Complete with wiring and switch.
